The core of the SRBX Safety Program is its safety training. We encourage you to look at the following pages for a complete list of training sessions available. If you have a need of “on-your-site training’” we can help you set up the time, place and topic to meet your need.
The Safety Workshops that are available in the Education Center in the Sacramento Office, as well as those in the Roseville and Eldorado offices, are designed for companies who have only have a few employees who need training and cannot gather sufficient numbers to do an exclusive workshop of your own. By pooling the training needs of 1,400 SRBX members and 1,000 group workers’ comp policy holders we service–we can convene a larger variety of topics and do so more frequently for your selection. Another huge advantage of this pooling is keeping the costs down for everyone. When we negotiate the workshop pricing ”volume buying” and sharing the costs works for everyone. You can get your employees the training they need for compliance and the training consultants can afford to offer the class.
