Training Assistance – SRBX safety professionals can help you create your own training program and we offer training assistance in Spanish for some classes
Seminars – SRBX members and group workers’ comp policy holders receive significant discounts for all workshops. Additional discounts are available if the member participates in the Safety In A Box program.
Safety in a Box – is a money saving and convenient packaging of safety services where costs can be scheduled and spread over an entire year
Tailgate Topics- over 300 topics are being archived and added to weekly as a training resource for members and wc policy holders
Safety Clips – handy two-part tailgate type topics including a check-off inspection page and an informational presentation
Safety Videos – an on-line resource links of safety related videos
Safety Directory – a GSBE Safety Committee resource with recommendations of safety professionals wherever your job site is located
Posters – Federal and State posting requirements posters made available free to group participants
Cal/OSHA Pocket Guide – provided in cooperation with GSBE and Cal/OSHA available in appropriate classes and to members for individual company training

Workers’ Compensation
Excellence Award – work with State Fund group representatives to identify those group member workers’ comp accounts that have over $25,000 written premium and have accomplish no reportable losses within the qualifying calendar time period.
Liaison – Answer member questions regarding workers’ compensation program and work with State Fund Group and Loss Control representatives.
Seminars- direct fliers and electronic notifications of upcoming State Fund workshops or training sessions scheduled in the Sacramento Region and sponsor/host special SRBX/State Fund training in one of the three offices: Sacramento, Roseville, and Eldorado Hills.
Yearly Claims Review – work with State Fund Group representatives to review accounts with claims and loss ratios outside the normal underwriting guidelines
Group Program – provide a 6% discount for qualifying companies.
Heat Illness First Aid Awareness Cards – handy wallet sized card developed in cooperation with the GSBE Safety Committee and Group Workers’ Comp Insurance program mailed directly to all policy holders
