Description: **NEW TRAINING TIME**

First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use. This course is for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid, CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements. Class Time 9:30am- 4pm

Description: **NEW HANDS-ON TRAINING FACILITY**

Participants in this workshop will learn to identify existing and predictable hazards in the surroundings of an open trench, proper set-up of work sites, gain knowledge of current safety orders, soil analysis and classification, design and use of protective systems, and learn how to recognize and test for hazardous atmospheres. This training meets the requirements of Cal-OSHA Construction Safety Orders §1539-1543. Students will be working in an open LIVE trench for hands on training of the proper shoring procedures.

Description: This workshop reviews recognition of traffic hazards, specific code requirements for traffic control equipment, proper set-up and removal of traffic control zones, and the use of the WATCH Manual to properly control traffic. Participants will gain knowledge of flagging regulations, flagging equipment requirements, flagging techniques, one-way traffic control, emergency vehicle procedures, accidents, and hostile drivers. Demonstration of proficiency will be conducted at the conclusion of this workshop. This training meets the requirements of Cal-OSHA Construction Safety Orders §1598 and §1599. Members: $100.00 Non-Members: $135.00
